This research adopts a qualitative nature, using semi-structured in-depth interviews. Respondents’ group consists of the same amount of males and females who were asked questions regarding their electronic and traditional word of mouth experiences. Received responses demonstrate that laziness, lack of general interest in skin care and lack of feeling altruistic towards consumers online are the key factors preventing consumers from leaving reviews about skin care online. %G English %Z TC 6 %Z WG 6.11 %2 https://inria.hal.science/hal-02510103/document %2 https://inria.hal.science/hal-02510103/file/I3E2019_paper_114.pdf %L hal-02510103 %U https://inria.hal.science/hal-02510103 %~ IFIP-LNCS %~ IFIP %~ IFIP-TC %~ IFIP-WG %~ IFIP-TC6 %~ IFIP-WG6-11 %~ IFIP-I3E %~ IFIP-LNCS-11701
