We use the notion of spatial presence as discussed by Ryan, and its potential to induce an ‘illusion of non-mediation’. Seven users were interviewed about their experience. The results of this case study provide insight into the way a user’s body may be represented in cinematic VR by two moving feet, without disrupting the sense of presence. %G English %Z TC 14 %Z WG 14.4 %2 https://inria.hal.science/hal-02128621/document %2 https://inria.hal.science/hal-02128621/file/472623_1_En_21_Chapter.pdf %L hal-02128621 %U https://inria.hal.science/hal-02128621 %~ IFIP-LNCS %~ IFIP %~ IFIP-WG %~ IFIP-ICEC %~ IFIP-TC14 %~ IFIP-LNCS-11112 %~ IFIP-WG14-4
