While this increases the output rate the schedule reliability tends to decrease due to the sequence deviations enfaced by this sequencing policy. Our paper presents a model to predict the impact of different strategies for setup-optimized sequencing and their actuating variables on the sequence deviation. Through this it enables a positioning in the trade-off between a high output rate and a high schedule reliability. %G English %Z TC 5 %Z WG 5.7 %2 https://inria.hal.science/hal-01666210/document %2 https://inria.hal.science/hal-01666210/file/456370_1_En_60_Chapter.pdf %L hal-01666210 %U https://inria.hal.science/hal-01666210 %~ IFIP %~ IFIP-AICT %~ IFIP-TC %~ IFIP-TC5 %~ IFIP-WG %~ IFIP-APMS %~ IFIP-WG5-7 %~ IFIP-AICT-513
