This research addresses the need for a management approach that can drive virtual network migration systematically to guarantee the required levels of Quality of Service (QoS) in virtual networks. This paper describes a framework that includes the processes needed to manage QoS in migration scenes. A selection of policies that will help in systematizing QoS-oriented virtual network migration are described as well. Test results are provided with the intention to emphasize the difficulty and need for formal research in this direction. %G English %Z TC 6 %Z WG 6.6 %2 https://inria.hal.science/hal-01632733/document %2 https://inria.hal.science/hal-01632733/file/385745_1_En_6_Chapter.pdf %L hal-01632733 %U https://inria.hal.science/hal-01632733 %~ IFIP-LNCS %~ IFIP %~ IFIP-TC %~ IFIP-TC6 %~ IFIP-AIMS %~ IFIP-WG6-6 %~ IFIP-LNCS-9701
