Personas provide a tool for the adequate documentation of users’ attributes and support the development team throughout the entire development process. Based on five research and development projects using personas, this approach describes the opportunities and challenges of the integration of personas and the persona creation process within the different activities of requirements engineering. %G English %2 https://inria.hal.science/hal-01631318/document %2 https://inria.hal.science/hal-01631318/file/429202_1_En_3_Chapter.pdf %L hal-01631318 %U https://inria.hal.science/hal-01631318 %~ IFIP-LNCS %~ IFIP %~ IFIP-LNCS-9312 %~ IFIP-USARE
