We describe the implementation of a prototype, the AirDisplay. We identify the most effective configuration at which users can discern different air patterns by manipulating the fans’ speed, the distance between the fans, and the different air patterns. Experiment results support the use of air to communicate information. %G English %Z TC 13 %2 https://inria.hal.science/hal-01599651/document %2 https://inria.hal.science/hal-01599651/file/346937_1_En_23_Chapter.pdf %L hal-01599651 %U https://inria.hal.science/hal-01599651 %~ IFIP-LNCS %~ IFIP %~ IFIP-TC13 %~ IFIP-INTERACT %~ IFIP-LNCS-9296
