However, the causes of success and failure in IT governance framework adoption are yet to be adequately studied. This study aims to address this deficiency by proposing a research model to investigate factors influencing the success of IT governance adoption. The research model draws upon the information systems success model by Delone and McLean (2003) and the Technology-Organisation-Environment framework by Tomatzky and Fleisher (1990), to provide an integrated conceptual perspective for examining IT governance adoption and success. %G English %Z TC 8 %Z WG 8.6 %2 https://inria.hal.science/hal-01571722/document %2 https://inria.hal.science/hal-01571722/file/978-3-642-24148-2_15_Chapter.pdf %L hal-01571722 %U https://inria.hal.science/hal-01571722 %~ SHS %~ IFIP %~ IFIP-AICT %~ IFIP-TC %~ IFIP-WG %~ IFIP-TC8 %~ IFIP-WG8-6 %~ IFIP-AICT-366
