Two modeling approaches, an exact model and an approximate product-form model are presented. Numerical experiments with the two models demonstrates that the approximative product-form approach obtain close to exact results with a significant lower computational complexity. The product-form approach has been applied to study the impact of various system parameters on the survivability of the studied network. %G English %Z TC 6 %Z WG 6.2 %Z WG 6.6 %2 https://inria.hal.science/hal-01543165/document %2 https://inria.hal.science/hal-01543165/file/978-3-642-32808-4_21_Chapter.pdf %L hal-01543165 %U https://inria.hal.science/hal-01543165 %~ IFIP-LNCS %~ IFIP %~ IFIP-TC %~ IFIP-TC6 %~ IFIP-WG6-6 %~ IFIP-WG6-2 %~ IFIP-EUNICE %~ IFIP-LNCS-7479
