We believe, in fact, that the massive use of cloud computing and pervasive technology compels us to improve the results of investigative analysis, in case of cyber-crime, reducing the times of job and maximizing the outcome. The method suggested highlights relationships between flowing data in a digital communication channel and the behavioral models of a possible intruder that threaten that communication. We have chosen to use the two typical approaches adopted in literature: the Top-down to confirm the facts and the Bottom-up to to construct the hypotheses. %G English %Z TC 5 %Z TC 8 %Z WG 8.4 %Z WG 8.9 %2 https://inria.hal.science/hal-01542442/document %2 https://inria.hal.science/hal-01542442/file/978-3-642-32498-7_31_Chapter.pdf %L hal-01542442 %U https://inria.hal.science/hal-01542442 %~ SHS %~ IFIP-LNCS %~ IFIP %~ IFIP-TC %~ IFIP-TC5 %~ IFIP-WG %~ IFIP-TC8 %~ IFIP-CD-ARES %~ IFIP-WG8-4 %~ IFIP-WG8-9 %~ IFIP-LNCS-7465
