%X In successful supply chain collaborations, effective communication and the development of inter-organizational trust are a key factor. The purpose of these literature review paper is to initially review the previous literature on the relationship between the adoption of e-collaboration technology and factors influencing the development of trust in supply chain collaborations. This study is important to answer the questions whether the adoption of e-collaboration technology may help or hinder inter-organizational trust in collaborative decision-making in supply chain area.
