It reports on the experience made by the European research project ENVIROFI as one of the usage area projects within the Future Internet Public-Private Partnership programme. It describes the software components (environmental and specific enablers) which are required to connect with the domain-independent capabilities (generic enablers) of the Future Internet core platform for geospatially and environmentally-driven applications. %G English %Z TC 5 %Z WG 5.11 %2 https://inria.hal.science/hal-01457440/document %2 https://inria.hal.science/hal-01457440/file/978-3-642-41151-9_11_Chapter.pdf %L hal-01457440 %U https://inria.hal.science/hal-01457440 %~ IFIP %~ IFIP-AICT %~ IFIP-TC %~ IFIP-TC5 %~ IFIP-WG %~ IFIP-WG5-11 %~ IFIP-ISESS %~ IFIP-AICT-413
