The paper address questions such as how can such systems help managers to handle and manage materials management under engineering change situations? How do we convince potential users and obtain their support when starting to develop such a system? How can we aggregate performance indicators? How do we present results? Then using the literature review and the results of the empirical study from a Norwegian company operating in ETO product delivery strategy, we develop a framework. %G English %Z TC 5 %Z WG 5.7 %2 https://inria.hal.science/hal-01431105/document %2 https://inria.hal.science/hal-01431105/file/346973_1_En_31_Chapter.pdf %L hal-01431105 %U https://inria.hal.science/hal-01431105 %~ IFIP %~ IFIP-AICT %~ IFIP-TC %~ IFIP-TC5 %~ IFIP-WG %~ IFIP-APMS %~ IFIP-WG5-7 %~ IFIP-AICT-460
