In order to better meet the requirements of electrophysiological experiments, we designed a multi-functional microelectrode puller, and gave the design of functional modules, and discussed its controlling effect. In this paper, we analyze the impact on the glass microelectrodes pulling which is brought by the heating strength based on the correspondence between the heating temperature and the heating wire resistance.
