The idea of the proposed method is based on switching class labels techniques. An application of such techniques allows solving two typical data mining problems: a predicament of imbalanced dataset, and an issue of asymmetric cost matrix. The performance of the proposed solution is evaluated on German Credits dataset. %G English %Z TC 5 %Z WG 5.5 %2 https://inria.hal.science/hal-01365567/document %2 https://inria.hal.science/hal-01365567/file/978-3-642-28255-3_7_Chapter.pdf %L hal-01365567 %U https://inria.hal.science/hal-01365567 %~ IFIP %~ IFIP-AICT %~ IFIP-TC %~ IFIP-TC5 %~ IFIP-WG %~ IFIP-WG5-5 %~ IFIP-DOCEIS %~ IFIP-AICT-372
