This paper presents a post-graduate field-based course in ICT4D that teaches how to co-create and deploy community-centered ICT services. The course has been jointly organized and deployed by Vrije Universiteit (VU) Amsterdam and Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) for a mixed group of computer science, information science and artificial intelligence students from VU and UNIMAS.
